COVID-19 Safety Protocol

We wanted to take some time to explain the new changes that you will see when you come and visit us. We will be opening in three stages, the first at 10% capacity. We are a 23,000 sq foot facility with 30 foot ceilings so there will be plenty of room to properly social distance.

First and foremost, cleaning will be increased. We were already a very clean facility but will be thoroughly clean all surfaces and disinfecting throughout the day.

We have spaced any furniture to adhere to social distance guidelines. When you arrive, there may or may not be a line, please observe the markers on the ground to maintain social distance while we get everyone inside.

We will require all adult customers and children over 2 to wear a mask during their play session. Please do not remove your mask unless you are eating.

Our occupancy is being limited to 25% by the state, so we will be closely monitoring the amount of occupants in the park at all times.

We want you to know that your safety is important to us, so please help us out so we can give the kids of our community a fun and safe place to get all that energy out! These measures will be reviewed on a weekly basis and may change at any time. Please review current guidelines on our website prior to your visit. We truly can’t wait to see you all again!
