GOT SOCKS?
Why is it required that all guests enjoying the largest play structure in Northern California wear specific Lost Worlds Funtropolous socks?
a.) Because they are super stylish and go with most outfits
b.) Because who doesn’t need a slip-resistant pair of socks?
c.) Because we’re trying to corner the sock market.
d.) Because it’s our policy and we are very much about your health and safety!
If you answered “D” you’re right! (Although our socks DO look great on most everyone.) Our policy requires that all guests wear specific, non-slip socks sold only at Lost Worlds Adventures. To assure that the socks meet our standards, we can’t allow socks from other facilities. We take seriously the responsibility to do our best to keep you safe. So, SOCK ON!
1-Cleaning 1. First and foremost, cleaning will be increased. We were already a very clean facility but will be thoroughly clean all surfaces and disinfecting throughout the day.
2-Social Distance Guidelines We have spaced any furniture to adhere to social distance guidelines. When you arrive, there may or may not be a line, please observe the markers on the ground to maintain social distance while we get everyone inside.
3-Temperature Taking We will be taking every ones temperature including employees as they check in into the park. If anyone has a temperature at or over 100.4, they will not be allowed to visit that day.
4-Boundries While not required, we are asking adults to stay out of the playground areas for the time being, just let the kids have at it for now. Baby and toddler areas will remain available for adults to join their little ones when these areas do reopen.
5-Masks Must Be Worn All Lost World employees will be wearing masks at all times. We will require all adult customers and children over 2 to wear a mask during their play session. Please do not remove your mask unless you are eating.
6-Ball Areas & Arcades Our ball areas and arcades will be temporally closed until further notice.
7-Our occupancy Our occupancy is being limited to 25% by the state, so we will be closely monitoring the amount of occupants in the park at all times.
8-Every participant Every participant must sanitize their hands before and after each activity. Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the park.
Summary We want you to know that your safety is important to us, so please help us out so we can give the kids of our community a fun and safe place to get all that energy out! These measures will be reviewed on a weekly basis and may change at any time. Please review current guidelines on our website prior to your visit. We truly can’t wait to see you all again!
